The choreographer and dancer Nicola Galli will start a new artistic project that continues the research he has been conducting since 2010 on the existence of the contemporary human being and the relation with Nature.
The artistic residency in Oslo is the first step of the research for the project entitled “DILUVIO“, new production 2026, and Galli will give a Work In Process showing of the project on September 26th at Bærum Kultuhus, where the residence takes place.
In a time marked by profound transformations and fragility of social bonds, DILUVIO investigates shipwreck as a condition of the present, observing what remains and moving among the ruins of the world. Starting from the necessity to collectively rethink our living, the project experiments with the construction of spaces of freedom and belonging in which to take care of bodies and discover new forms of connection.
