Nell’ambito delle attività del progetto “Italy – Norway Bilateral Dance Residencies” 2024 – 2025, siamo lieti di presentare una nuova residenza artistica. Si tratta del progetto di Nicola Galli, coreografo, danzatore, light e costume designer, che si svolgerà in collaborazione con Bærum Kulturhus / Dance Southeast-Norway nel mese di settembre 2025 a Bærum Kulturhus.
I partner promotori dell’iniziativa – articolato programma biennale di scambio e valorizzazione della danza contemporanea italiana e norvegese – sono NID New Italian Dance Platform, PAHN Performing Arts Hub Norway, l’Ambasciata del Regno di Norvegia in Italia, oltre all’Istituto Italiano di Cultura di Oslo. La residenza di Galli rappresenta il terzo progetto artistico di questo programma, dopo le esperienze del collettivo Parini Secondo a BIT Teatergarasjen di Bergen, e di Marco D’Agostin a Bærum.
ABOUT NICOLA GALLI’S ARTISTIC PROJECT:
Nicola Galli’s new artistic project continues the research that the choreographer has been conducting since 2010 on the existence of the contemporary human being and the relation with the nature and landscape.
The increasingly strong necessity to redefine collectively a critical positioning of our living and to activate an ecosystemic thought that renovates the invisible relations that connect things leads the choreographer to investigate the shipwreck as a condition of our present, in order to look closely at the ruins of the world.
